The ordering process is three steps:

1) Purchase the Plans (This typical $1,000 fee is waived when you buy one of our popular kits, because we do not have to draw up custom plans!  You do not have to pay this fee.)

2) Manufacture Deposit of 50% is required before we begin to build your Sun Room.  We do not build these Sun Rooms until they are ordered, and the materials and workmanship are expensive.  The deposit does even cover these costs.  This deposit is your commitment to fully purchase a Sun Room from Olympic Sunrooms.  It is non-refundable.

3) Balance is due before your Sun Room ships from our plant.
